Return Policy:

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Zents accepts returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order. Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges. If an error was made by our team, rest assured we will make it right. To request a return or to contact our friendly Customer Care team, please email customerservice@zents.com.

Policy:

  • Return policy is 15 days from delivery date
  • Zents is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will include purchase price plus any tax paid.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 7 business days after receipt for Zents to process your return

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents, take pictures of damage and contact us at customerservice@zents.com. We will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
Please provide your email address to be notified when this deal is offered again.
Your submission has been received. You’ll be notified by email when this deal returns.
Backorders will ship in 28 days.
